Cheri is a fantastic agent and person to work with for any of your real estate needs. I have worked with her in many scenarios including renting an apartment, buying 2 condos and selling a condo. Each time she went above and beyond to facilitate exactly what I was looking for and make the process as easy as possible for me. Cheri is always reachable and responds very promptly with anything I’ve asked from her. Cheri is strategic and extremely knowledgeable with all things real estate. She hosts social/networking events for her clients and partners she works with as a great way for us to meet the people behind the scenes we have been working with and new faces as well. There is no one else I would work with. Cheri is by far the best!

She broke the entire process down into manageable steps that made the decision process a breeze. She is professional, of course, but actually is someone who I consider a friend and confidant now. We were very lucky to have Robert Brown as our listing agent. We had just taken our home off the market after a year of bad experiences and multiple agents who had failed to sell our home. Robert came to the rescue and I was skeptical at first due to my past negative experiences but after 5 minutes of his presentation I was hooked. Robert far exceeded ALL expectations I had while having the pleasure of being represented by him. What really stands out to me about him is that no question was / is ever too difficult for him. If he didn’t know an answer, he’d go make ten calls & research all night until he found it. He also taught me more than I ever could have imagined about the entire Boston market in a short amount of time. Time kills deals & every minute counts.
