Loreen has 24 years of extensive expertise in the local market and comes back to her Somerville roots where she grew up as a youth in Teele Sq. With a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing, real estate was a natural choice where Loreen could apply her passion for the business.
With 22 years of experience working on Dan Fabbri’s Number One Sales Team from Century 21 Advance, Loreen’s experience is all encompassing, to say the least. The Fabbri Team was a perennial powerhouse in Medford and beyond for well over a decade, literally listing and selling thousands of homes. Loreen is a Listing Agent representing sellers, as well as a Certified Buyer’s Representative, with experience working with all types of properties including singles, multi’s, condo conversions, foreclosures, short sales and the probate process.

I purchased my home when rates were 12 or 13%. I refinanced several times after that and eventually ended up with a rate of 2.75%. Everything that goes up in this market must come down.
