Leyla Yildiz

I have worked I real estate in the Boston area since the 90s. I was intrigued by the art of providing housing to people, and of the management and care of properties which I saw by watching one of my grandparents, who owned one or two commercial buildings in southern New Hampshire; it was fascinating to me a youngster. What is a lease? Why are those lines crossed out? Now everything is digital; it has been a brave new world for a long while. I studied art and architectural history at Wellesley College and I also work as a substitute teacher in the Cambridge Public Schools Department. I am licensed to teach history (I also have an MA in History, Tufts University).

I enjoy seeing older homes come to life under new renovations, and helping clients find that perfect balance of form and function in day to day living in housing.
