Growing up in a family construction business, Joe learned the value of hard work, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. He worked on residential and commercial projects throughout the 1980s, including “spec” houses, experiences that would later shape his approach as a real estate professional.

A 1993 history graduate from Union College graduate and former student-athlete, Joe has maintained an active lifestyle, enjoying tennis, yoga, and regular workouts, and brought a
disciplined approach to his work.

In 2003 he began his real estate career with Century 21 earning the Top Agent Award at the office with which he was associated in 2007, and later joined Coldwell Banker, ranking #219 out of 3,500 agents in New England in 2012, while he has also been recognized with numerous other awards for his outstanding performance and achievement.

Over the years, Joe has guided countless buyer- and seller- clients through complex transactions, from multi-unit condo conversions to luxury condominiums and historic homes, including Hall Tavern in the Gray Gardens Historic District.

With a combination of construction expertise, market knowledge, and a hands-on approach, Joe is known for helping clients turn challenging transactions into seamless successes.
